What an incredibly unique and fun day to make memories on!
Celebrate Two's Day on Tuesday, 2/22/22 (OR on 2/2/22) with a fun and easy Two's Day Flip Book that incorporates writing, patterns, task skills, finding pairs, counting by 2s, drawing & more!

Six different tabs provide fun, quick, mini activities that won't take up your whole day but will still allow your students to have a little fun on this special day. 

The cover has a place for your student to write their name so that they can proudly display their celebratory work on a classroom bulletin board or in the hallway.

 The first page of the flip book allows students to work on their writing skills. First they will trace the gray scale date, and then they will write the date on their own. This page has two options: one for February 22 and one for February 2.

The next page asks students to draw triangles and count by 2s! Encourage your students to continue counting verbally to you or a friend by 2s past 28. 

Pairs come in twos! Can your students find the matching pairs? Guide your students through this activity by setting up sentences for them to finish.

I'm always looking for a way to sneak in some ways to get students to consciously think about being kind! See if they can come up with 2 ideas of things they can do TO-day to be kind to someone else. 

Get your students started on some AB pattern review while they brainstorm which friend they would like to draw a picture of themselves with. Bonus points if they are doing something kind for that friend in the picture!

Simple check lists can improve student learning. Use this opportunity to talk to your kiddos about what a check list is, how to make one, and how to implement one! Then get them jumping and hopping with this "Two"-do list page.

My favorite part is next-putting them together! Show students how to stack them up by putting some glue on the "glue" tabs.
