November is almost upon us! 

I know, I know...Halloween is still a few days away...

but I'm thinking ahead on your behalf 

(and maybe I could sense your 

Friday-Halloween Party-Full Moon 

anxiety from here).

I've put together some activities that

will have you relaxing (and recouping?) this weekend instead of fretting about the new week.
